Return Policy

To request a return, please email sales@laurenzospecialties.com

• Returns accepted within 15 days of purchase for products in like-new condition.
• Products may be subject to a restocking fee, determined by the manufacturer, which will be deducted from your refund amount.
• The customer will be responsible for securing a shipping agent to return the merchandise, plus all shipping fees incurred.
• We must be notified of items damaged during shipping within 3 business days of receiving the shipment.
• Made-to-order products are non-returnable.

All return items must be sent to J. Laurenzo Specialty Products and will require prior authorization.  

 

Shipping Policy

We work tirelessly to get the products you need to your door as quickly and inexpensively as possible. The shipping time and amount calculated on our website is the most accurate estimate we can provide; however, the actual shipping costs may differ. If the difference is greater than 15 percent, we will call and/or email you for approval before processing your order.

To keep shipping costs as low as possible and provide you with the best possible service here are some tips when checking out online:

• Please inspect all deliveries upon receipt for any damage. If you find any damage, please notify us within 3 business days of delivery. J. Laurenzo Specialty Products will not be liable for any damages that are not reported within this time frame.
• Make sure your shipping address is correct.
• If the package is going to a business address (any place other than a residence), then the name of the business must be listed, so that the carrier will know which business the product is delivering to.
• PO Boxes may not be listed as the shipping address.
• Freight Carriers will not deliver to a PO Box.
• Businesses run out of a residence will be considered a residential address and charged as such for any delivery.
• Include an accurate phone number when placing on order online. If anything happens with your shipment, we will need the best way to get in touch with you. Carriers often call ahead to verify that someone will be at your business to accept the delivery. If the carrier is unable to reach you, they may not be able to deliver your items.
• It is the responsibility of the recipient to notify J. Laurenzo Specialty Products if a lift gate will be needed prior to delivery.  
• We do not ship internationally.

 

Pricing Policy

J. Laurenzo Specialty Products is committed to providing our business customers with the best possible value for their money. Our pricing policy is based on fair market value, and we strive to offer competitive prices that reflect the quality of our products and services. We understand that the cost of doing business can fluctuate, and we may need to adjust our prices from time to time. However, we will always do our best to provide our customers with advance notice of any price changes.

• Quoted prices are valid for 30 days from the date of the quote. After 30 days, prices are subject to increase. Any contractual agreements in place will be superseded by the quoted price.
• Expired quoted prices may be subjected to a minimum 5% increase
• Payment Terms are Net 30.
• Pricing includes shipping FOB factory with freight allowed to the jobsite and is based on one shipment to one destination.
• Sales tax and installation are not included in our pricing.
• Pricing is based on exact quantities and models shown.
• We do not guarantee quantity take-offs.
• We charge a 3.5% fee for all credit card payments. This fee is to offset the costs associated with accepting credit cards. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

Laurenzo Specialty Products makes no representations or warranties as to the completeness or accuracy of the information; J. Laurenzo Specialty Products has no liability for any errors or omissions in the quote, nor will J. Laurenzo Specialty Products be responsible for for damages of any nature whatsoever resulting from the use of or reliance upon information from this quote or the products to which the information refers. Persons receiving this information will make their own determination as to its suitability for their own purposes prior to use. Possession of our price list, quote or literature does not constitute an offer to sell.
